Personal information manager, formerly known as PIM, works as a personal organizer. It is a type of application software. The purpose of that particular PIM tool is to record, track and manage personal informations. Current versions of Microsoft Outlook are Microsoft Outlook 2010 for windows released on April 15, 2010 and it includes Office 2010 Home and Business, Standard, Professional, and Professional Plus, the other version is Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac released on October 26, 2010 includes Office for Mac 2011 Home and Business.
