Quick Steps is a one of the most advanced feature in Microsoft Outlook 2010 that helps to carry out multiple actions at once to your e-mails. Through this interesting and excellent feature, you can manage your all folders like inbox, sent items and more effectively. Quick Steps option enables the users to perform multiple tasks in just one click. For example, if you frequently move messages to more than a specific folder, you can use a Quick Step to move the message in just one click. Or, if you forward messages to your manager or peers, a one-click Quick Step can simplify the task.
