PST file are considered
to be the backbone of Outlook, so if we want to shift our work from
one Outlook to another we need to import the PST files. Importing
files is an easier task than re-entering the whole data again. This
saves lot of time as you do not need to re-enter the whole data of
the file again. With PST file we can import PST files instead of
copying the whole data of the file.
Need to import PST
files:
- When you upgrade your Outlook from one version to another, you need to import the PST files again.
- When you transfer your PST file from one system to another you need to import your PST file from one to another system when you want to transfer your file.
